Juvenile Probation and Camps Funding Program (JPCF)

The JPCF program targets at-risk youth who live in Alameda County who are not in the juvenile justice system or on probation.

Our program provides individual, family and group counseling. This program is offered by referral only. These services are offered in collaboration with school districts, individual schools and the Alameda County Probation Department.

School-Based Counseling Services

Axis Community Health provides on-site counseling services in many schools in the Tri-Valley community. Our counselors provide support for students and families who are struggling with a variety of issues. These services are offered in collaboration with school districts, individual schools and the Alameda County Probation Department.

Parent Project

The Parent Project is a 10-16 week program for parents with difficult or out-of-control teens. Parents learn specific prevention and intervention strategies for dealing with destructive behaviors such as truancy, alcohol and drug use, gang activity, practice of the occult, running away, violence and suicide.
