Axis Community Health is a member of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association.

We provide the following drug and alcohol testing services:

APPOINTMENTS

Adults - Drug and Alcohol Testing is available as a walk-in service Monday-Friday from 2:00pm-6:00pm. 

Teens - Drug and Alcohol Testing is by appointment only. Please call 925-201-6201.

ENROLLMENT
